What exactly do I get?
An editable, clickable holiday hosting planner and matching printables, in 7 colour palettes plus Festive, with a how-to guide. The Hosting Season and The Full Festive also include the Gift & Budget Tracker spreadsheet. The pages depend on the size you choose.
Can I edit it in Canva?
Yes. Import the PowerPoint file into Canva (Create a design → Import file), or open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Everything is editable.
Do the page links still work in Canva?
In PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides they work straight away. Canva sometimes drops a few links between pages when it imports a file, and fixing one takes seconds: click the button, click the link icon (or right-click → Link), pick the page from “Pages in this document”, done.
The menu tiles say where they go. In the bar at the bottom of each page, the icons open, from left to right: the menu, the plan, food & drink, guests, and gifts & budget (or the shopping list in the smallest size).
Can I add my own photo?
Yes. The round photo on the last page swaps for your own: in Canva drag a photo onto it, in PowerPoint right-click and choose Change Picture. The cover illustration swaps the same way.
Can I print it and fill it in by hand?
Yes. Print the clickable PDF on A5 or A4 paper and fill it in with a pen. The printables (place cards, menu card, signs and gift tags) are A4. Use 250–300 gsm card for place cards and tags.
Does it work for my holiday?
Yes. Holiday names and dates are in [brackets], so it works for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, Hanukkah, Diwali, Eid, Lunar New Year or any gathering you host.
Which spreadsheet apps work?
The Gift & Budget Tracker opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. Type in the blue cells and the totals add up for you. It works in any currency.
Can I use it as a holiday-rental host?
Yes. The Full Festive includes a “Happy holidays” note for guests staying in your rental, with space for holiday opening hours, festive things to do nearby and how to reach you. The Wi-Fi sign works in any home.
