How will I receive my files?
Everything is a digital download. When your order is complete you can download your files straight away, and they’re also in your order confirmation email. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping costs.
What do I need to edit them?
The guest book is an editable PowerPoint file you can open in PowerPoint or upload to Canva. The message kit is a Word file that opens in Word, Google Docs or Pages. The money tracker is an Excel spreadsheet that works in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers.

What is the Guest Assistant?
An AI chat for your property. You fill in your details once and share a link or QR code. Guests get instant answers about Wi-Fi, check-in, parking and your local tips, in their own language, any time. When it doesn’t know, it sends them to you. It’s a 12-month plan, not a download. You can buy it on its own, or tick it into the bundle and get its first year at a big discount.
What is the free calculator app?
Every Money Tracker comes with our profit calculator as an app for your phone, tablet or computer. Sign in once with your checkout email to open it, save your ideas, and export them to Excel.
